What if I can’t attend the live workshops?
Recordings will be sent out if you can’t attend live and you will have access to the recordings for a month after the programme finishes.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
This programme is about adding nourishment, not deprivation or calorie counting. You will enjoy whole-food, balanced meals and snacks that support your body without feeling limited.
What if I don’t have time to cook
No problem! The recipes are designed to be quick and simple, but if you just don't have time to cook there will be ideas for the best options of food you can buy.
Will this be a lot of work?
Not at all! This programme is designed to fit into your busy life. The recipes are simple and use everyday ingredients, and the steps are easy to follow. It’s about making small, manageable changes that have a big impact on how you feel—without overwhelming you.
Will this take up a lot of time?
No, the program is based on quick practical solutions and there is just one goal per day. You can put as much as you want into your programme but depending on the activity just 5-30 minutes a day will be enough.
How does the group chat work?
The day before the programme starts you will be added into a dedicated WhatsApp group. Members will be able to see each other's names and numbers and are asked to respect this safe space. The group will remain open for a week after the programme finishes.

The program isn’t designed as a weight-loss plan, but most people do lose weight when they eliminate sugar and alcohol. You may also naturally feel lighter as cravings reduce and digestion improves.
Do I need any special equipment or supplements?
No special equipment or supplements are required. This program is all about using everyday foods and simple techniques to nourish your body. However a blender/ food processor does help in speeding recipes up.
Who is this program not for?
The program is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone with certain medical conditions that require a highly specialized diet. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and I can advise whether this program is right for you.
